Origin
Meepo was born and raised within the Moonless Citadel and grew up with a whole kin of Kobold under ruling of Yusdrayl. He was however not popular with the other kobolds. Thus he was appointed as the keeper of the dragon. His task was to keep the wyrmling locked up and fed at all times.
