Grumak Stonevein was born in the ash‑choked foothills of the Blackmaw Range, where orc clans carved out survival through strength, raids, and unyielding tradition. From childhood, Grumak was different. While other young orcs boasted of battle scars, he collected stories, symbols, and fragments of forgotten lore. He listened more than he spoke.

When Grumak was sixteen, a border skirmish with the great evil left him gravely wounded. As he drifted between life and death, he claimed to hear a voice guiding him back. He never forgot that voice.

At twenty, after he failed the great test he was exiled by tradition, driven by curiosity of the voice that saved him. He wandered until he found the Brotherhood wher he had the feeling the voice had sent him. Now 30 years old he has gone up the ranks and is now a sage.
